A New Era

Time flies... In a blink of an eye, I had finished a week of work since I last came back to the states. In a blink of an eye, I had finished 18 months of work here... After tomorrow, all the great guys that I had been working with are going back to Singapore. I will miss them. They are all my supervisors. I want to thank them for giving me the opportunity and guidance during my tour here. Without them, I wouldn't have the recognition of what I am today. I will not disappoint them. I will continue to strive for the best that I can be. But...

7 guys are leaving, 7 guys are taking over, it will be a total change of management. Not only to mention just my trade, as a whole of the squadron, even the management is changing. The work load will always be the same, but as supervisors are being replaced, I will expect the working style to be different from next week onwards. In an optimistic view, maybe things will get done easier than before, or maybe I will be getting shit load of work to do, in order to cover up other people's job scope. (needless to say the current 2 in-charge now is not doing any help) As a DCC, we work as a team, we can't work alone. If there are black sheep among us, those more capable ones will suffer... I shall keep my fingers crossed, hope that I can sail pass this era peacefully until next year.
