Land of Freedom
Singapore → Seoul, Korea → San Francisco, California → Phoenix, Arizona
After about 18 hours of total flight time, I finally reached back my freedom home. I feel so welcomed here, the culture is different. Greetings and handshakes are everywhere. You don't get those f***ed 25¢ facial expression (as if you owned them $$$) from the people here, whereas in Singapore you get that look by others alot. Everything is cool. No more oily skins and perspiring body.
Unpacked my luggage and doing my laundry now. Got my car back and drove it for a wash. It was real dusty, combined with plenty of bug's stain. Argh. Exhausted from the flights but still, I can't stand the sight of it and I won't feel comfortable driving a dirty looking car. Now it is a "head-turner" again. Glad that tomorrow is a day-off for me to run my errands, need to catch up with stuffs unattended while I was away for the 3 weeks.
Thanks to all those who had given up part of their time and made the efforts to catch up with me during my 10 days in Singapore. Ice, Grace, Jason & Gam, Alvin, Catherine, Connie, Sandra & Joey, Yewtai, Levonne, Aiping, Kelly, Shana and last but not least, my Dad... Appreciated those who sent their regards. To those that missed me, just hang in there for another year, I'll be back...
