Blood is thicker than Water

Slept the whole day through... When the moment I was awake, it is about time to go out again. Well, today I am meeting up with my cousins for dinner and chill. There are supposed to be 7 of us but due to some of them are busy with either work or studies and some are in overseas, so just left with 4 of us.

Dinner was at Peony-Jade Restaurant in Clark Quay. Look forward to delectable modern Chinese dishes that add zest to traditional Szechuan and Cantonese cuisine at the award-winning restaurant. If you are new to Asian cuisine, you won’t go wrong with their infamous Szechuan Smoked Duck with Camphor Wood or their Peking Duck. We had a dinner buffet and the dishes are great. What impresses me most was the courtesy service of the staffs.






After the splendid meal, we browsed around Clark Quay to look for a place to chill. It's been a long time since I last stepped into here. Everything has changed. Plenty of colourful bars with different themes are here. Kandi Bar is cool. C-Clinic is super cool. All the furniture used are same as the hospital. Wheelchairs are used instead of normal seats and alcohols are served from the drips. Too bad the place is full. So we ended up in Fashionbar. Hey a shout out to anyone in the fashion industry, special privileges are given here when you produce your name card. Be it hair stylist, designer or fashion consultant, as long as you have got anything to do with the fashion world, you are cool. We had 2 rounds of Kamikaze shots, a bottle of red wine and a glass of cocktail for me. Lots of catching up was done and we all enjoyed our night. Cheers...
